We are looking for a Public Area Cleaner for our hotel in London, **The** **Crown Hotel, (Cricklewood London).** As the Public Area Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our hotel's public areas.

Your responsibilities include ensuring that all public spaces are clean, sanitized, and presentable to provide a welcoming environment for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean and maintain all public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, corridors, elevators, stairways, restrooms, and other common areas, according to established standards and procedures.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and/or scrub floors as needed.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in designated disposal areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures, using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.
- Ensure that all public area amenities, such as seating areas, plants, and decorative items, are clean and well-maintained.
- Monitor and replenish supplies, such as toiletries, tissues, and cleaning products, in public areas as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed in public areas to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning duties to ensure personal safety and prevent accidents or injuries.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff and departments to coordinate cleaning schedules and tasks effectively.
- Uphold the hotel's standards of quality and cleanliness to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles preferred, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the hotel's operational needs.
- Commitment to providing exceptional service and creating a positive guest experience.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
