About the role
Wilson James is seeking a highly motivated Security Supervisor.

The SSC Supervisor is responsible for leading and training the Service Centre team, along with intelligence monitoring, Security asset dispatch, Incident reporting, alarm monitoring & response.

About site
**Main Duties**
- Operate effectively within the client's crisis management processes.
- Maintain oversight and knowledge of the client's day to day travel arrangements.
- Effectively Supervise incidents from within the Service Centre.
- Monitor daily ticket submissions across client systems.
- Effectively Supervise CCTV & alarm response systems and ensure DPA & GDPR are adhered to in the SSC and on behalf of all stakeholders
- Monitor and supervise daily ticket submissions across client systems.
- Ensure that all daily duties are carried and that high standards are met and exceeded where possible.
- Collection of Operational Intelligence and ensure that the relevant items are circulated.
- Act as an effective conduit of information between the business and the SSC.
- Supervise the activities of the Security Service Centre (SSC) operations.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the SSC Operators on duty.
- Provide clear & concise daily situation reports to the client
- Provide incident reports, supported by clear and effective statistics.
- Support the SSC Manager with rostering and line management duties.
- Provide timely, accurate reports/information when requested by the management.
- Ensure that all SOPs, processes and procedures are created and maintained.
- Providing escalations to correct channels.
- Maintain reporting lines to GSOC

**Required experience**
- Experience in a control room environment
- Held a previous Managerial position within a similar high profile.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service.
- Hold excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work both day and night shifts.
- Able to deal calmly and confidently with all incidents
- SIA License holder.
- CCTV Licence (desirable)
- Excellent customer engagement skills with excellent verbal and communication skills
- High level of attention to detail, timekeeping, and ability to prioritise time effectively
- Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure
