**Job Advert Description***

The Volume Crime Scene Investigator roles will be based at the Crime Scene Investigation hubs at Ystrad Mynach Police Stations

The Volume Crime Scene Investigator role will have the requirement to undertake examinations of various crime scenes across the South Wales and Gwent Police force region including both volume and some major crime and therein be responsible for the recovery of all forensic evidence types

To actively assist investigations by providing forensic advice and support.

To deliver a specialist service to victims of crime, South Wales Police and Gwent Police and the wider Criminal Justice system.

This role is not suitable for part time/job share workers due to operational requirements.
