**Town Planner (or Assistant/Senior/Associate/Director)**

Maybern is seeking a Town Planner to join the team to be based in our Rawtenstall office. All levels will be considered, but preferably you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a planning role (public or private sector).
- Undertake site assessments, planning appraisals and providing initial advice and quotations to new and existing clients.
- Prepare and submit planning and enforcement appeals.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of changes to planning legislation and local and national policy.
- Establish strong relationships with clients and co-consultants by ensuring an excellent service is delivered to new and existing clients.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
