Douglas Butler independent estate agents are undergoing an exciting transformation. We opened our doors 5 years ago in the city of Chester & since our launch we've won nationally recognised industry awards for our customer service and how we showcase our properties.

We are seeking a super talented Creative Designer to join our team. As our Creative Designer you will be responsible for creating visually stunning bespoke brochures for each unique home that comes to the market with us. You will also be responsible for editing our property videos, managing our social media channels and creating engaging content to promote our brand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design visually appealing luxury property brochures each with their own individual design suited to that particular property.
- Create marketing materials that effectively communicate our brand message and offerings.
- Develop and implement our social media strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Create compelling content, including graphics, videos and written copy, to engage our audience and drive traffic to our website and social media pages.
- To assist our team in preparing/styling each new home that comes to the market with us.

Ideally you will have proven experience in a similar role as a graphic designer or similar, ideally in marketing and advertising. You will be proficient in adobe creative suite (photoshop/illustrator etc) You will have a strong understanding of social media platforms and be creative with a passion for all things branding and property.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £20,231.23-£30,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 23 per week
