Mobile Cleaner | 40hrs per week | £9.90ph | Bradford/Leeds | Company Van & Fuel

**Job Overview**

Deliver excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. Ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard, meeting all SLA agreements whilst adhering to the cleaning schedules. The role will involve working Monday to Saturday providing deep cleans of soft furnishings, hard floors for a distinguished client within the Bradford area.

**Main Duties**
- Leads a team to ensure the delivery of a high quality, timely, responsive, cost-effective, and pro-active service.
- Sets objectives and goals for the team and what the next steps/ priorities are to meet those goals
- Is responsible for all the QHSE requirements of their team for areas of accountability
- Communicates in an engaging way, ensuring inspiring and motivating messages are conveyed across all teams.
- Effectively resources the team in line with business requirements and takes a proactive approach through business forecasting.
- Carpet Cleaning, periodic and soft furnishings where required.

**What we are looking for**
- Has a strong standard of both literacy and numeracy skills
- They possess an intermediate knowledge level of all Microsoft office packages.
- Fully competent in the use of PCs and other types of technology
- Expert in the provision of soft services with experience in a similar industry.
- Has developed excellent written, verbal communication and negotiation skills to support them in their role.
- Fully capable of understanding and maintaining the confidentiality across the site and respecting the needs of all stakeholders.
- Understands the organisations goals and objectives and can bring these to life in theirs/their teams daily activities.
- Works well under pressure to meet the challenging deadlines for both operational and people aspects of their roles.
- Demonstrates forward thinking/planning, with a positive and can-do attitude and can flex their style to meet the needs of the business.
- Can effectively plan and manage own workloads, however, understands when to ask for support when needed.
- The ability to be calm and composed under pressure,
- Good decision-making skills.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage costs and ensure budgets are met.
- Represents Mitie and the client always in a professional, courteous, and confident manner.
- A team player with the ability to lead by example through operational excellence, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact at all levels.
