Key Stage 3 Pastoral Manager Wanted

The Key Stage 3 Pastoral Manager is responsible for the welfare and academic progress of our Year 7, 8 and 9 students. They will support our students in developing the skills and knowledge they need to succeed both inside and outside of the classroom.

Responsibilities include:

- Supporting students with their academic progress, providing guidance and support as necessary
- Managing and mentoring our pastoral team
- Supporting students with any personal, social or emotional issues that may arise
- Liaising with parents and external agencies to ensure our students receive the support they need
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure that our students are safe and well-cared for.
- A relevant degree or qualification (desireable but not essential).
- Experience working in a pastoral role within a secondary school setting.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- A passion for working with young people and supporting them to reach their full potential.
- A commitment to ensuring that all students have an equal opportunity to succeed.
