We are recruiting for a prestigious and leading Law company hiring immediately. This role is to work within their Aviation team

**Role**: Legal Support Assistant - Aviation

**Salary**: £30-39K

**Essential experience**:Experience working within legal, excellent audio dictation, Advanced MS Office, Aviation experience.

**Duties include**:

- Manage diaries, ensuring they are up-to-date, anticipating requirements, e.g., associated travel /accommodation bookings, meeting rooms, drafting itineraries, preparing agendas, and preparing and circulating papers.
- Arrange photocopying, printing, organising couriers, sending letters, faxes, etc.
- Receiving instructions via digital dictation for tasks and acting upon the same.
- Key point of contact for fee earners and clients to maintain relationships and ensure a high level of support is always provided by the team.
- Minute taking, following up on designated actions to ensure completion before the next meeting.
- Assisting fee earners with billing-related tasks.
- Reviewing and updating time allocation and disbursements, ensuring appropriate matter allocation.
- Request cheques, bank transfers, and paying in money received, as appropriate.
- ** Experience working as a Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant, or Legal PA.**:

- ** Experience working within Legal.**:

- ** Aviation experience is required.**:

- ** High attention to detail.**:

- ** Excellent experience with audio dictation.**:

- ** Minute-taking skills.**:

- **Key team player.**:

- **Excellent communication, both written and verbal.**
