**Experienced Order Processing Professional**

MobileWorxs Ltd, based in Droitwich Spa, Worcestershire, is a well-respected and established technology company which implements projects and sells enterprise grade devices into the UK and EMEA.

**The Role**

An experienced order processor is required who will be responsible for handling the flow of goods and services between the company, its suppliers and customers, ensuring that orders are filled correctly and on time.

Working with the Logistics, Finance and Sales Teams, they will also be responsible for tracking inventory levels, managing shipping schedules, and ensuring that all customer orders are handled properly.

**Job Duties**

Responsibilities will include:

- Processing orders that have been received from the Sales Team. Checking Purchase Orders and Order Confirmations documentation are correct, to ensure that all required information has been provided.
- Checking credit agreements are in place and credit levels are suitable for the order.
- Answering questions about order status and shipment schedules to keep customers informed.
- Tracking inventory levels to ensure that orders are filled accurately and that stock levels are appropriately maintained.
- Taking payment information over the phone or Internet from customers to process credit card transactions.
- Communicating with suppliers or manufacturers to be aware of order status.

**Order Processor Skills**

Order processors need the following skills to be successful:
Attention to detail: The Order Processor will be responsible for ensuring that the company has a high rate of order accuracy so that customers receive the products they ordered. To be effective, the

Order Processor will need to enter customer information, check material provided by the Sales

Team, deal with any anomalies that may appear on incoming orders, enter the correct product and liaise with finance for remittance situation.

Organisation: Order processors need strong organisational skills, to prioritise tasks and organise their workday and to ensure they complete all their responsibilities. The Order Processor will need to organise inventory and product shipments, strong task management skills will be needed to keep track of these tasks.

Communication: Order processors often communicate with customers and colleagues. The Order

Processor need to explain company policies, take orders over the phone or relay information to other employees. Effective communication helps build rapport with customers and colleagues and ensures the Order Processor and the rest of the team are on the same page. Liaising with other departments (including Sales team, Accounts and Logistics). English is not the first language of many of our customers, ability to speak other languages, whilst useful, is not essential, but ability to simplify information or use computerised translation effectively is needed.

Computer skills: The Order Processor will be required to use computers to enter orders, check inventory levels and review sales data. Creation and presentation of reports to senior management will be required on a weekly/monthly basis. Having strong computer skills to navigate software programs and enter data accurately is required.

Multitasking: The Order Processor may be responsible for several tasks at the same time. The ability to multitask effectively and ensure they complete all of their duties in a timely manner is essential.

Order processors often multitask by taking phone calls, entering data, processing orders and communicating with customers.

Knowledge: Understanding of international shipping, VAT, commercial invoices, and Incoterms. 50% of the company’s business is international, so awareness of the issues around importing and exporting are important.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
