**About the role**:
To provide a front-line service in line with Powys Council policies and procedures.
To be responsible for Void cleaning a given area /site to the required specification by efficient use of the resources available. To supervise a team of cleaners through-out the county
**About you**:
- Ability to complete all necessary paperwork
- Ability to complete site safety/risk assessments
- Ability to prioritise order of works to be cleaned
- Ability to complete tasks unsupervised to an agreed standard
- Experience in Cleaning
- Experience in security of building
- Experience in the use of cleaning equipment
- Experience in staff motivation and discipline
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
**Salary**: £27,803.00-£29,777.00 per year
