The opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced individual with an interest in rehabilitating patients to work within the Biggart physiotherapy team. This role will involve working directly with patients in both the inpatient and community rehabilitation setting as the team works to smooth the transition of rehabilitation from hospital to community setting. Working as part of the Biggart physiotherapy rehabilitation team they will further develop their knowledge and skills in Community Rehabilitation within this established and expanding team across the beautiful setting of South Ayrshire. Additional Investment in Community Rehabilitation reflects the Health and Social Care Partnership’s commitment to developing our future workforce. This role encompasses working alongside physiotherapy colleagues at all stages of the rehabilitation journey, building relationships with staff and patients and being an active part of patients’ rehabilitation journeys. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team and supported by strong professional leadership.

You should have broad previous experience of working with others to achieve their goals. The post is particularly suitable to those with experience or interests in rehabilitation the older adult, preventing falls and community rehabilitation.
