Job advert- Your Responsibilities
- The following responsibilities will be the main focus of the role:
- Set up the dining hall in readiness for lunch service
- Preparation of salad and sandwiches
- Assist with the delivery of lunches to the students.

This may include:
- Checking off food orders
- Clearing tables as young people leave
- Regular cleaning of touch points
- Regular clearing of dishes and cutlery to the kitchen
- General cleaning duties during and after lunch service
- Dish and pot washing
- Adhering to food hygiene regulations
- Adhering to due diligence regulations
- Assisting Head Cook when required
- Additional duties
