**Position: Senior Middle Officer in Investment Banking**

**Language Requirement: Korean Speaker Preferred**

We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Middle office of Investment Banking team specializing in Syndicated Loan transactions encompassing Infrastructure, Real Estate, Aviation and Shipping Finance etc,. The primary focus will be on Infrastructure and Real Estate deals. The role also requires you to perform agent bank functions in a limited capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
**1. Loan Monitoring and Compliance**
- Ensure all loan activities conducted by the front office comply with internal policy and regulatory requirements for completeness and accuracy.
- Monitor and manage loan disbursements and repayments.
- Regularly review and update borrower information with compliance certificates and loan agreements.
- Continuously monitor the performance of issued loans.

**2. Risk Management**
- Identify and assess potential risks associated with existing loans.
- Monitor market conditions and borrower circumstances to anticipate and manage risks.

**3. Agent Bank Functions**
- Calculate interest payment amounts due from customers.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with financial covenants.
- Prepare accurate compliance certificates in a timely manner.
- Perform various administrative tasks integral to the responsibilities of an agent bank.
- Maintain organised and up-to-date records related to the portfolio.

**4. Reporting and Analysis**
- Report portfolio-related issues promptly and effectively to the management team.
- Support credit officer for regular credit review by analysing borrower's financial statements and operating reports based on the initial report.

**5. Flexibility and Additional Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate flexibility by undertaking additional activities as assigned by your manager.
- Proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes within the portfolio management function.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination across all teams involved in loan management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (+5years) in managing diverse Loan portfolios, particularly in Infrastructure and Real Estate.
- Strong understanding of financial covenants and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse loan documents i.e. financial models, valuation reports and provide informed recommendations.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Proficient in Excel
