Trinity House Group are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join an exciting client of ours who are a leading supplier of systems and components across 38 sites in 13 counties serving over 90% of their industry with sales over £2bn. The client aremoving their business forward in developing technologies that rapidly de-carbonise and lead to zero greenhouse gas emissions in the next 30 years

**The Role**:
You will join their dedicated finance team in supporting business units including Operations, Planning & Logistics, Manufacturing Engineering, our Estates service and our Environmental and Safety team. You will report to our on-site Operations Finance Managerand will provide financial and decision making support as we continue to grow our business.
- Carry out month-end accounting and reporting of business area financial performance, providing understanding regarding variances and advice about corrective actions that could drive improvements.
- Support the capital submissions - DCF modelling, challenge of assumptions and supporting presentation to senior management.
- Provide CapEx training to the Support Functions business areas.
- Work with Heads of Business to produce monthly forecasts and annual budgets.
- Provide finance support in respect of the Site Services Agreement with Airbus, ensuring understanding of contractual terms and that achieves best value for money during annual budget discussions.
- Ensure robust financial processes and controls are in place
- Liaise with Heads of Support Functions, supporting them with any ad hoc requests.
- Develop financial knowledge of non-financial managers within the business as appropriate.
- Ensure adequate financial controls are in place and maintained, acting as the conscience of the business ensuring that general controls and processes are adhered to in business area.

**Package**:
