R13 Recruitment are partnering with an established training provider to support in the recruitment of a **Cleaning Assessor** to join them at HMP Highpoint. You will be responsible for the delivery of vocational qualifications, classroom-based learning & additional training, in line with awarding body standards and company policies/procedures.
This is an exciting opportunity to really make a difference to the lives of others. You have a TAQA, or equivalent, qualification in assessment or verification, previous experience in the relevant vocational areawith the competency to deliver, & proven experiencemanaging & delivering to a caseload of individuals with complex needs.
**Duties to include**:
- Planning, organising & delivering vocational based curriculum, utilising awarding body standards & criteria.
- Ensuring the safeguarding of all learners.
- Working collaboratively with partners & stakeholders signpost learners to other supporting organisations.
- Maintaining learner records with accuracy & in line with company policy & procedures, GDPR & contractual requirements.
- Maintaining a full caseload at all times, generating starts, & ensuring course completion.
- Achieving & maintaining excellent/outstanding grading.
- Supporting internal teams & undertaking other duties as required.
**You will have/be**:
- TAQA or equivalent qualification in Assessment or Verification.
- Previous experience in the relevant vocational area with the competency to deliver.
- Proven experience working with individuals with complex needs & requirements, ideally managing a caseload.
- The ability to adhere to specified protocols/procedures & monitor the quality of delivered programmes.
- Excellent communication, presentation & motivation skills.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to build & maintain solid relationships.
- A flexible approach with the ability to work autonomously & under pressure.
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- A Full UK Driving License with access to a vehicle.
This is a permanent position working Monday to Thursday, 7:30am - 4:30pm. The offered salary for this opportunity is £25,000 per annum. A comprehensive benefits package is available.
