Accompanied Viewer

Gowland White are award winning estate agents with offices in Stockton and Yarm. We now have an opportunity for an additional experienced individual to undertake the role of Accompanied Viewer. This part time role supports our busy sales & lettings team when appointments are made for buyers and tenants to view vacant properties, meeting at the property. There will be frequent collection/return of keys to our Stockton office so ideally suited to someone living locally.

Days worked are flexible and to be agreed. Typically weekly hours are expected to be around 15 hours per week but this is variable and flexibility is needed.

Prior experience in estate agency is not needed but familiarity with Yarm and Stockton areas is essential.
