**We are looking for a team member who is willing to work hard, is willing to learn, and loves pets.**

Small multi task team. Looking for someone to work within the team, to develop a range of trained skills, to take responsibility in both a managed and unmanaged capacity. The role will have flexible hours, a uniform, holiday pay, shared tips, bonus’, workplace pension (employer contributions), paid breaks, funded social events. Looking for a reliable individual who is prepared to learn and committed for the long term. To be happy working as part of a team and to share the workload.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cleaning and maintaining pet rooms, cages, and equipment to ensure that the equipment is sanitized and sanitized.
- Providing high quality customer service to clients in the grooming salon.
- Helping to maintain the cleanliness of the facility by keeping the salon, equipment, and grooming room clean.
- Assisting with any other tasks assigned by management.
- Performing daily visual inspections on all groomers to ensure that they are maintaining proper health and safety standards.
- Cleaning and sanitizing grooming equipment and grooming stations.
- Working with management on any issues or concerns that arise from clients or team members.
- General cleaning of the facility including windows, mirrors, floors, etc. (must be able to vacuum) and maintaining a clean environment in all areas of the facility.
- Must be able to work flexible hours: Wednesdays through Sundays (9am-5pm) with occasional overtime as needed. The position requires some weekend work during our regular business hours as well as an occasional weekend work. **Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £5.28 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Wakefield: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
