**Cargo Superintendent / Draught Surveyor, **SOCOTEC, **Humber Ports (Immingham / Hull)**

To support our ambitious growth plans, we have a great opportunity to join SOCOTEC's Renewable Energy team who are among the leaders in the renewables field. We are on hand to ensure the compliance, safety and optimisation of your renewable energy resource throughout the entire project life cycle. Our Environmental Science team is committed to supporting all aspects of renewable energy resource project, from the design and construction phase to the decommissioning of your asset.

We’re looking for a Cargo Superintendent / Draught Surveyor to join our Environmental Science Division, who will:

- Perform assigned tasks such as cargo inspections, site audits, sampling and draught surveys without supervision to the required productivity and in line with Standard Operating Procedures after receiving full training
- Accurately log recordings and measurements such as cargo temperatures for reporting purposes following methods, standard operating procedures, local rules and regulations, maintain equipment and safe working procedures
- Be aware of and conform to the Laboratory Quality system, specifically UKAS (ISO17025) requirements
- Project a professional, courteous image and support the business culture and codes of practice at all times
