**As a Logistics Operator / Same Day Co-Ordinator, you will**:

- Work closely with customers, colleagues, and third parties to ensure deadlines are met
- Investigate and plan the most appropriate route for shipments
- Arrange and have oversight of export, import, and UK domestic operations from start to finish whether this is EU Express Import/UK Express Export and Same day deliveries
- Completing all admin tasks daily (inputting customer bookings, allocating drivers, completing the proof of deliveries)

Our same-day division is fast-paced and no two days are the same, the ideal person will work well in a busy environment, have great attention to detail, and be able to multitask. You will need to have a good level of IT skills and be comfortable using Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel e,tc)

Experience in customs entries will be advantageous but not essential and a strong geographical knowledge is **essential **for this role

**Hours**:Varying start and finish times between 7am and 7pm - Mon-Fri - 37.5hrs per week - 20 paid days holiday per year + bank holidays

**Role Type**: Full Time - Permanent

**Role Location**: Office based - South Yorkshire / Nottinghamshire - We are flexible with work from home requirements; however, preference is to be in the office due to the nature of the role.

**Salary**: 22k to 25k dependent on experience - Probation period will apply.
