We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Team Manager to join our team. As a Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. Your primary responsibilities will include customer service, meal/delivery preparation and maintaining food quality while also adhering to safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for high quality service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

**Duties**:

- Ensure staff complete all of their prep and food hygiene responsibilities
- Assist with cooking and meal preparation under the guidance of the kitchen staff
- Ensure staff follow spec sheets for correct portion sizes and to ensure consistency in food quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the store
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations
- Inventory management and stock rotation

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in hospitality leadership roles
- Experience in customer service and managing a POS system
- Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail is vital
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead team

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 24 per week
