Chef de Partie - straight shifts - superb fresh cuisine - every other weekend off - This private school is set within amazing grounds, in a rural location and prides itself on the superb cuisine they prepare for their pupils. They have their own in-house caterers creating contemporary menus and everything is made in house using fresh, seasonalproduce. So previous experience within a high quality, fresh food kitchen will be essential for this Chef de Partie role.
Working within a brigade of 6 chefs you will have the opportunity to cover all sections of the kitchen and input your own ideas onto the menus. They are looking for an imaginative and creative Chef de Partie with plenty of enthusiasm for their work. A Chefde Partie who takes a genuine interest in the latest food trends and is keen to learn and develop their skills further.
The hours are straight 8-9-hour shifts between 6.30am and 7.30pm, no late finishes unless there is a function and every other weekend off. Other benefits for this Chef de Partie role include a generous salary, meals on duty, uniforms provided and use oftheir leisure facilities.
The successful Chef de Partie will need their own transport due to the rural location of the school.
