Here at GXO, we’re looking for a **Despatch Keyworker** to join our team at River Island in **Milton Keynes**. You’ll be working **Sunday to Thursday, 14:00 - 22:00**.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Reporting to the Despatch Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all training and development requirements for Warehouse Operatives are regularly carried out
- Identify and investigate all operational issues within the despatch department, and resolve within a timely manner
- Assist and support the management team when required

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Be able to demonstrate great organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT knowledge, and confident using Microsoft Office
