Work Administrator

**Job Summary**: The Work Administrator will play a crucial role in overseeing the operational aspects of the organization, ensuring that all tasks and projects are delivered efficiently and effectively on a weekly basis.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Task Management**: Assigning, tracking, and monitoring the progress of tasks and projects on a weekly basis.
**Resource Allocation**: Efficiently allocating resources to ensure optimal productivity and meeting weekly targets.
**Documentation and Reporting**: Maintaining thorough documentation of all operational processes and providing comprehensive weekly reports on project statuses and outcomes.
**Quality Assurance**: Ensuring that all work meets the required standards and implementing corrective measures when necessary.
**Stakeholder Communication**: Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on work progress.
**Problem-Solving**: Identifying and resolving any issues that may hinder the weekly progress of tasks and projects.
**Process Improvement**: Continuously seeking ways to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or managerial role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office.
This role requires individuals who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of enforcing strict weekly management to ensure consistent performance and delivery outcomes.
**Salary**: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
