**Role**: Hospital Security Officer

**Location: SW17 (must live within 40 minutes travel of the site)**

**Pay rate**: £11.44 per hour

**Shift Pattern**:Shifts are all 12 hours with a core schedule of 50 hours per week. Additional hours are available if desired.

**Average hours per week**: 50 hours per week

**Key duties for the Hospital Security Office**:

- Patientcare/bed watch duties are when officers must monitor the patients on a 1-to-1 0r 2-to-1 basis.
- Monitoring the patient ensuring themselves and the nursing team are safe
- Ensure the patient does not escape from the hospital
- Access patrol
- To assist the security team in secreting the site
- Response officer

**Requirements for the Hospital Security Officer**:

- Conflict management
- De-escalations skills
- Good communication
- Confident in use of radios and body cameras
- Attention to detail for incident report writing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: £11.44 per hour
