Isca Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a proactive professional with accounts and administration experience to join a dynamic growing business as the **Senior Business & Accounts Administrator.**

Working as a key part of a friendly office team, ensuring the smooth operation of the business and supporting the Director, this is an opportunity for an individual with accounts experience to develop wider business management and operations skills.
The Senior Business & Accounts Administrator will be responsible for a variety of duties including:

- Maintaining the purchase ledger.
- Daily banking and reconciling bank transactions.
- Cost accounting tasks including work in progress.
- Running the weekly payroll.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and resolving customer queries.
- Providing support to the Director with all aspects of business operations, responsibilities will increase over time.
- Supporting with year end and VAT returns.
- Undertaking general office administration.
- Providing reports as necessary and requested by management.

**Salary**: £25,000 - £35,000pa depending on experience

**Hours**:8:30am - 5pmMon - Fri

**Location**: Office based with parking, due to the location own transport is essential

**Senior Business & Accounts Administrator - The Person**:
This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced Senior Accounts Administrator seeking to move into a varied busy role with business operations responsibilities which will grow over time. This role will suit a proactive individual able to manage their ownworkload to meet deadlines, where you will be in a key position to ensure the smooth running of the business.

You will be a self-starter and thrive in a fast paced, busy environment whilst also being a team player able to work using own initiative and effectively manage own time.

Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers are essential

Willing to undertake internal training to be able to support on operations, VAT, year-end and payroll.

Strong IT skills including Excel and ideally Sage
