**About us and the role**

We are currently recruiting Adult Learning Art tutors for our PCDL-Personal Community Development Curriculum. We are seeking Tutors that have the flexibility and passion to work with adult learners in our centres across Warwickshire. We have a range of courses offered online and face to face. Our classes take place during daytime and evenings, are typically two hours long and run for ten weeks each term. You can fit classes around other commitments and work flexibly.

If you have experience in teaching Art & Design skills up to Level 2 or higher, then we would love to hear from you. The current rate of pay is £18.54 per hour, with an additional one hour's preparation and marking time paid for every two hours of teaching. You would be working term time only and can work in one or more of our community learning venues. Our PCDL courses are planned and monitored through Individual Learning Plans for Adults.

Warwickshire County Council’s Adult and Community Learning is a dynamic, forward-looking adult education service, judged ‘Good’ by Ofsted. We deliver learning opportunities to adults in community venues across the county and are looking for inspiring teachers to join us on an hourly-paid basis.
