Are you a passionate, hardworking HR Business Partner looking for your next challenge? In this pivotal role as HR Business Partner, you will support the Corporate/ European Head Quarters part of our business.

The HR Business Partner will partner at Executive level to drive the Global/European objectives with Employees and Management and continue to build a great working culture. You will work with leadership teams to implement strategies, processes, and programs to support the organisation and talent needs.

**What your impact will be**:

- Partner with assigned business unit(s) and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team
- Acts as a trusted advisor and coach to Managers, working with them to develop HR solutions to people related business challenges, leveraging other partners in HR where needed
- Identify HR priorities from corporate and departmental plans, translating business requirements into effective HR practices and delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives
- Ensure service delivery of fundamental HR processes, supported with the use of metrics, reports, and dashboards, and be a highly visible member of local leadership teams
- Deliver key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum, including workforce planning, reorganisation actions, Trade Union and Works Council negotiations, absence management, talent acquisition and development, benefits and total rewards, Employee relations, Employee engagement, Diversity and Inclusion plans, performance management (PDP and PIP) plus HIPO identification
- Possess the ability and initiative to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives
- Support the HR Director, UK and site HR BPs with ad-hoc projects for the UK sites

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Demonstrable experience as a HR Business Partner at both a strategic and operational level and the ability to manage competing HR priorities
- Experience in manufacturing desired but not essential
- Experience in HR site / multi-site leadership
- Experience partnering with Managers and handling complex issues across multi-site and multi-function
- Experience of operating collaboratively within a multiple country HR Team
