Extrastaff are currently recruiting for a Supervisor for our client based in Luton.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager.

This busy firm can offer a full time position for a Warehouse Supervisor within their team.

Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 20:00pm

This role will incoude the below duties:

- To provide an exceptional customer experience, both internal and external and ensure that the department is managed to reflect this.
- Managing circa 20 department warehouse staff. To include section Team Leaders.
- To achieve KPI’s in terms of stock control, order processing and labour costs.
- To manage the HR administration for all employees from joining to leaving employment.
- To appraise team members, progressing and performance managing as appropriate.
- Managing Health and Safety awareness and responsibility to yourself and others.
- You will also talent manage and develop your team so that as promotion and more senior roles become available you have the talent to build your team.
- You will be responsible for motivating your staff, problem solving on a day to day basis and operationally.
- Ensure regular briefings and communications to the team

A hands-on role, with huge amounts of variety within the responsibilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
