**Milton Keynes - Hybrid**

We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate **Resourcing Advisor** with strong stakeholder management and communication skills to join a collaborative Resourcing team. Reporting into the Resourcing Manager, you’ll work as an integral member of our wider HR team, partnering with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

The ideal person will be highly organised and have a hands-on approach to supporting a large number of technical and specialist vacancies across various business areas.

**This is what you will be doing**:

- You will manage a variety of vacancies within specific business areas, including IT, Risk, Finance, Legal and HR, ensuring an impeccable end to end recruitment experience.
- Invest time getting to know your business areas to build strong stakeholder relationships and provide guidance and support where needed.
- You will be part of the wider HR team partnering with HR colleagues to ensure consistent decision making in line with current employment legislation and a seamless onboarding experience.
- You will keep up to date with relevant market insight to be influential and drive data led decision making.

**These are the skills and experience you can bring to the role**:

- You will be highly organised and be experienced in managing a number of recruitment campaigns at any one time
- You will have a good level of experience managing end to end recruitment processes at Resourcing Advisor level.
- Proven stakeholder management skills with experience of guiding and influencing managers through various selection processes.
- You will have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels (written and verbal).
- Able to utilise your recruitment knowledge to build strong and trusting relationships with key stakeholders within your business areas and work collaboratively to achieve goals.
- Experience of using recruitment systems and online advertising platforms is essential.
- You will have some experience of supplier management, in particular recruitment agencies, job boards and systems providers.
