Operational Admin Co-ordinator

**The role overview**
Our Group Operations Department ensures our clients have the best possible holiday experience. They are the main contact for our clients and suppliers from the point of booking, until the tour’s completion. We are looking for Admin Co-ordinators who support our Operations Executives.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Assisting the Operations Executives: booking additional services, handling amendments, confirmations, rooming lists
- Creating reports to provide staff with additional information on their groups (e.g. response time)
- Contacting suppliers to ask for confirmations, amendments and cancellations
- Extensive research of suppliers for prospective and existing bookings
- Preparation of detailed travel documents for clients
- Co-ordinating fax shots to our clients to ask for sold numbers
- Working with our in-house reservation system Tourplan and MS office
- Carrying out administrative tasks (e-filing, handling phone calls)

- Attention to detail, accuracy and consistency are essential
- Fast learner and adaptable
- Good time-management and organisational skills
- Self-starter with a professional and positive approach
- Reliable, flexible and enthusiastic
- Fluent in English (written & verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
