A leading specialist in prototype solutions are looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual to join their welcoming and friendly team in Quedgeley as a Composite Trimmer. You will be supporting the team leader in the efficient running of the compositesdepartment, whilst completing jobs to the highest of standards.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Prep and trim composite components by hand using air cutting tools.
- Prep and bond components using adhesives and fixtures.
- Drilling / tapping / fitting inserts to holes.
- Finishing of components prior to inspection.
- Follow work instructions and procedures.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances.
- Experience of using hand and air tools.
- Ability to follow work instructions and read technical drawings.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Previous experience trimming composite (both carbon and/or GRP) components
