A great opportunity to join the K+N team as a QSHE Advisor.
- ** Your Role **:This role is to support QSHE requirements for the FMSP operation, support the operation in improving QSHE systems and ensuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are met. It will support Operation in understanding and meeting the requirements of the KN UK QSHE System and provide training and inductions to new starters to ensure compliance with KN UK requirements. This role will uphold the ethical and safety standards of the company.
- ** Your Responsibilities**:

- Support Operations in meeting performance targets on the FMSP Portsmouth Contract and associated sites linked to KNGD Contracts.
- Support Operations to Maintain standards and process which meet these targets and achieve KPI’s and procedures
- Support the Operation in adhering to KN QSHE Standards
- Formulate and assist in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to the Compliance requirements.
- Liaising with customers’ assist in the development of process to improve the delivered service
- Complete Internal Audit Process which satisfies the requirements of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO22301 and KN Global Quality.
- Ensure operational Safety process compliance within national and international standards and legislation.
- Review Corrective actions and non-compliances from internal audits.
- Review Risk Assessments when required.
- Act as a catalyst for cultural change and improvement in performance ensuring QSHE is aligned with the Business’s CI Program.
- Act as a role model and maintain a high standard of ethics and adherence to the KN principals and its code of conduct and ethics.

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Quality Management Experience
- IOSH Managing Safety essential
- NEBOSH NGC desirable
- 9001/9100 Experience
- Demonstrable experience of relationship management
- Aviation, MOD or Automotive or similar industry experience (desirable)
- Language skills: English required
- General Environmental knowledge and experience (desirable)
