As a Former Tenant Advisor within Longhurst Group, you will play a crucial role in the recovery of current, former, and other debts while working closely with our dedicated legal enforcement team. This is a permanent position, offering you stability and the chance to make a lasting impact on the lives of our tenants.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Monitor accounts and implement effective legal enforcement actions to recover outstanding debts.
- Provide vital support to the Legal Enforcement Manager and Officer, as well as the housing teams, by preparing eviction approval reports and legal papers.

- ** Diverse Responsibilities**: You will monitor former tenant and recharge accounts, as well as shared ownership and leasehold arrears reports, actively recovering outstanding debts.
