**Roles and Responsibilities**

**STORES**
- Monitor stock levels and raise stock orders.
- Receive, inspect and book in stock.
- Process customer orders and generate despatch notes.
- Pick and pack orders ready for shipping.
- Second check orders.
- Perform stock checks, date checks and stock rotation.
- Stock check of stationary and other essential equipment
- To monitor the facility to ensure it is operating optimally.
- Ensure working environment is maintained, reporting any concern immediately.
- Other reasonable duties as assigned by senior management or as the role progresses.

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Must have minimum of 2 years warehouse experience
- Must have previous experience in working in the pharmaceutical industry or pharmacy setting, or other relevant related experience.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrate an ability to read and interpret documents relating to standard operating procedures, health & safety and regulations.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of time management, following instructions and organisational skills.
- Must possess excellent computer skills, knowledge and be able to adapt to learn any new computer software required.
- Must be able to execute the physical demands required for this role including manual handling of equipment and materials.
- Must demonstrate excellent communication skills with other staff, suppliers and customers.
- Must be able to work on a multi-departmental level within warehousing (goods receiving/picking packing/goods out) to accomplish the overall business goals and self development.
- Forklift licence preferable
- Driving licence preferable

Annual Leave - 4 weeks plus bank holidays.

SALARY - As stated below pro rata 40 hours per week (negotiable depending on experience)
