Credit Controller

**IN2Consult / Credit Controller / Marylebone / up to £33,000 pa / Permanent / Office Based**

In2Conuslt are working with a world renowned hospitality company, based in the heart of Marylebone who are looking for a B2C focused Credit Controller to join their team. This is a permanent vacancy & they are offering up to £33,000 pa. The role is initially entirely office based initially but hybrid working can be reduced once trust is built up. We are looking for someone with a strong B2C background & ideally someone who is familiar with the hospitality sector. Please see below the responsibilities for this position
- **Responsibilities -**
- Credit control to ensure debt is recovered in a timely manner across all entities
- Managing and processing all aspects of sales accounts
- Processing all subs/sales payments including direct debits, credit card payments and bank transfers
- Working with the AR assistants to reconcile On Account/Deposit postings in revenue journal to Sage/Salesforce
- Ensuring prompt distribution of sales statements on a monthly basis to all Members
- Monthly meetings with the AR Manager to review the On Account balances and agree actions and responsibilities
- Accurate and timely allocation of all payments to accounts on the database
- Assisting with all enquiries
- Weekly reporting to the Membership Director
- Weekly banking of all cheques sent for payment of sales accounts
- Analysis of bad debt, following escalation process to recover bad debt
- Making postings in Sage to provision for bad debt
- Daily and Period end reporting of; all outstanding sales/debt along with a brief group summary as well as any necessary analysis of Function & Guest accounts for the Clubs; aged debtors for each Club sent to the relevant Club GM/Director with copies to Executive team; Database reporting and administration

**Ideal Skills -**
- Knowledge of SAGE & Salesforce
- Strong experience with B2C collections
- Excellent level of communication
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry
