**Merchandising Admin Assistant**

We are currently working with a well-established retail company based in Wrexham, who is seeking a dedicated and efficient Merchandising Admin Assistant to join their team. With a commitment to excellence and a strong presence in the industry, our client offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to their merchandising department by providing essential administrative support.

**Responsibilities of a Merchandising Admin Assistant**:

- Support the merchandising team with various administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and record keeping.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as buying, marketing, and logistics, ensuring effective communication and coordination of merchandising activities.
- Monitor inventory levels, track sales performance, and analyse customer demand to assist with product assortment planning and inventory management.
- Contribute to pricing strategies, promotional activities, and markdown initiatives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and analysis to provide valuable insights for decision-making processes.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Assist in coordinating product launches, ensuring timely delivery and accurate product information across different channels.
- Maintain merchandising databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues and discrepancies.

**Requirements of a Merchandising Admin Assistant**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the retail or merchandising industry.
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to handle changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Team player with the capacity to establish positive working relationships.

Our client offers a competitive salary ranging from £21,000 to £23,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, they foster a supportive and inclusive working environment that encourages personal and professional growth.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
