A highly reputable property and construction consultancy are seeking a CDM Advisor to join their team in Birmingham.

The multidiscipline consultancy is offering career development, a great package, and benefits to the right individual.

The CDM Advisor will be responsible for providing clients with advice in line with CDM, working in sectors such as Retail, Education, Housing and more.

**The CDM Advisor Role**:

- Providing CDM Advice
- Undertaking role of Principal Designer
- Review Construction Phase Plans (CPP's)
- Attending Design & Project Meetings throughout projects
- Producing H&S files

**The CDM Advisor**:

- NEBOSH General or Construction
- 2 + years experience in CDM Advisor / Principal Designer role
- Member of APS is beneficial
- Excellent organisation, communication and time management skills
- Good understanding of design & construction process

**In return**:

- £40,000 - £50,000 DOE
- Generous pension
