Finance Assistant
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join a well-established business based in Southampton. The role will be joining a small accounts team and reporting into the Management Accountant. This position will be offering hybridworking of one day at home per week and also offers study support.
The Role:

- Assisting the Management Accountant with the monthly reports
- Completing bank reconciliations & SAP reconciliations
- Identify causes of variance from budget and assist in creating monthly performance reports
- Supporting the rest of the finance team when required
- Recommend improvements to procedures and processes to ensure the department is working efficiently
- Experience within a similar position
- AAT qualified, studying towards CIMA/ACCA/ACA (desirable)
- Strong Excel and analytical and reporting skills, confident manipulating large datasets
- Strong attention to detail and good verbal and written communication skills
