We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- To work with the CoPack Planning Manager and Customer Relationship and Planning Manager
- Ensure the weekly production plan is achieved on a consistent basis meeting 98.50% KPI
- Working closely with the CoPack Line Leaders, FLM's and Shift Managers to ensure that work is planned and prioritised using the correct number of colleagues as per the individual line layouts
- To work with both external customers, internal customers and managers to ensure the weekly production plan is achieved
- To deliver an accurate, efficient and effective production plans for smooth running of the Operation
