Cafe Assistant

We're on the lookout for a **Cafe Assistant** to join our family-run coffee shop, a stone’s throw from Aysgarth Falls. If you're a hardworking, positive, reliable, and friendly individual, that’s available to work weekends, we would love to hear from you

The Falls is where locals, and visitors to the Dales, come to unwind, partake in our homemade delights, and take in the breathtaking scenery in a beautiful part of the country.

The role will involve;
- Welcoming customers with a smile, taking orders and making people feel special
- Serving up heavenly hot drinks at the counter and delivering food orders to tables
- Ensuring we have a clean, welcoming environment by clearing and resetting tables
- Checking in on customers to ensure they’re happy, and whether you can enhance their experience
- maintaining our high standards of service
- Helping set up and clean down front of house at the start and/or end of the day so we’re ready to go

Don’t worry if you don’t have previous experience, full training and support will be given. It’s more important to us that you are enthusiastic. The rest we can show you. Successful applicants will be invited to a paid trial day so you can meet the team and see if you think this is a good match.

Hours - up to seven hours per day - Saturdays and/or Sundays.
