CeX is a leading second-hand goods retailer with stores across the UK and internationally. We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at the Southshields Store.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they have a pleasant shopping experience.
- Offer extensive product knowledge and advice on a wide range of gaming consoles, mobile phones, DVDs, and electronics.
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of store policies, pricing, and grading guidelines to accurately appraise and buy customer items.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of cash register accountability.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring shelves and displays are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Contribute to the overall store cleanliness and tidiness by keeping the shop floor, stockroom, and staff areas well-maintained.

**Requirements**:

- Genuine interest and knowledge in technology, gaming, and entertainment. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well within a team and independently. Basic math skills and cash handling experience. Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and occasional evenings.Previous retail sales experience is desirable but not essential. Stand for long periods, bend and kneel and be able to lift 10-25kg as needed.What we offer:
