Global Specialty Consulting - Business Support Senior Specialist

**The Role**

**Your Main Responsibilities will be as follows**:

- Providing top level administrative support to senior members of the team, to include complex diary management
- Ensure effective trip management - organising sales meetings with identified target clients and manage a trip schedule for both domestic and international travel
- Processing expense claims, telephone liaison and interaction with clients, plus assisting in any other administrative related matters, as required
- Effective conference planning and organisation, including arranging client meetings
- Assisting in the organisation of quarterly client conferences plus any supporting seminars
- Execution and scheduling of sales campaigns - ensuring the team is rapidly following up and organising meetings as required
- For internal or external meetings - arranging logistics, preparing and producing meeting materials and managing follow-up actions as needed
- Assisting Consultants update leads on Dynamics 365, in addition to general maintenance of client data
- Attending meetings and training sessions as appropriate

**The Requirements**
- Flexible, adaptable and a good team player with excellent people skills and the confidence to work with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Strong sense of professionalism and confidentiality
- Excellent organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Outstanding technical skill in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
