I'm looking for UK experienced Electrical Project Managers, junior project managers, assistant project managers, installation electricians with data centre experience and electrical project engineers to join an established and thriving national technical engineeringsolutions provider in Gateshead who are specialists in all aspects of critical facility engineering and building services.
You’d be joining the team at a critical point in time with new contracts being recently won with major data centres across the UK. It’s an opportunity to step-in and take a leading role within a team who have a lot of exciting works on the horizon. You canseize the opportunity to work all over the country on ground-breaking ventures with a company who care about what they do
You’ll need experience in a commercial or critical M&E environment, in addition to working knowledge in administering Cost & Payment plans. Your personality and enthusiasm for the role are equally as important as any degree or qualifications. This people focusedbusiness allow their staff to work with autonomy whilst ensuring constant reward and recognition for successful delivery, providing clear career progression.
**The role will also consist of Engineering all elements of Construction relating to the following**:
- New Build Projects
- Generator Replacement/Upgrades
- Building Supply Upgrade, Strategic & Delivery Roles
- UPS (AC & DC) Replacement/Upgrades
- Energy Storage Replacement/Upgrades
- LV Power & Switchgear Replacement/Upgrades
- Distribution Systems Replacement/Upgrades
- Cooling Upgrades
- Power Applications
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Construction Programming
- Construction Cost & Payment Plans
- Implementation of CDM Pre-Construction Plan
- Appointment of Contractors
- Implementation of CDM Construction Phase Plan
- Implementation of RAMS and Managing Site via Supervisors Site Permit Scheme
- Assessing and Managing Client Business Continuity
- Assessing and Managing Contractor and Employee Service/Continuity
- Working to company SSOW & Build standards
