Founded in 2008, YouMeSushi has been winning the hearts of Londoners thanks to our varying menu concept that is a perfectly combined with a fresh and unique approach to Japanese cuisine.

Due to expansion of the business, we are looking for Sushi Chefs for our store in Marylebone (London).

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for Sushi Chefs skilled in handmade rolls, ready to join our growing family. You will need to be passionate about food and customer service and a great team player. We are looking for someone organised who can work well under pressure. Great sense of humour and good energy is a key
You will need to be flexible as this role requires working weekends and late evenings.

**The right person must have**:

- Experience in a fast-paced environment (no two days are the same in YouMeSushi).
- Be able to follow recipes and create dishes according to specification.
- Familiar with Health & Safety standards and Food Hygiene
- Familiar with day-to day duties including food preparation, operating fryers, monitoring cooking processes, assembling dishes, cleaning etc.
- Able to work within a team, as well as independently.

**Salary**: £10.50-£14.00 per hour
