**Job Opportunity: Production Supervisor**

We are currently recruiting a talented Production Supervisor to join an industry-leading manufacturer in the Blackwood area. **Production Supervisor - Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize your leadership skills to effectively manage your team, ensuring accountability and high performance.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives and promote lean manufacturing techniques.
- Efficiently manage labor resources to deliver production plan execution, meeting plant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while optimizing costs.
- Oversee the training and development of your team to achieve optimal production efficiency and maintain product quality.
- Support the implementation of 5S principles in the workplace, ensuring team and operator compliance for the highest standards of hygiene and housekeeping.
- Identify opportunities to reduce product loss and wastage.
- Organize departmental safety inspections and conduct audits based on your experience.
