Void Housing Surveyor

**RESPONSIBILITES include but not limited to**
- Prepare reports on the survey findings, including cost estimates for any required work
- Take pre and post inspection photographs, ensuring they have been correctly uploaded to CRM
- Recording meter readings
- Ensure all is carried out to a high standard
- Monitor the progress of repair work, and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders

**ESSENTIAL**
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skill, able to identify and diagnose problems quickly and accurately
- Possess a good understanding and able to use a tablet effectively
- Ability to pass security clearance
- Full UK driving licence
