**Residential Boarding and Sports Assistant**

Oswestry School seeks a residential boarding and sports assistant to support sport, boarding and the wider life of this busy school from September 2024 until July 2025. The role is necessarily residential and will involve coaching, general supervision, and sports administration during the day, as well as providing boarding supervision and activity leadership on some weekends and evenings.

The school benefits from excellent facilities including numerous outdoor football and rugby pitches, an artificial floodlit pitch, newly refurbished high jump and long jump areas, a spin studio, a weights studio, swimming pool, excellent adventurous education facilities and a large sports hall with two indoor netball size courts used for multiple sports.

As a residential position, all costs, board and lodgings, are provided. A medical support package and use of facilities help emphasise that Oswestry School is a community which cares for its employees.
