We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Ensure accurate inventory management through regular cycle counts and reconciliation
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Train and develop warehouse staff on proper procedures and best practices
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse processes and improve overall efficiency
- Monitor productivity metrics and implement strategies to increase productivity
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the shipping or receiving process

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving processes
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of materials handling techniques

**Salary**: From £24,961.98 per year

- Belfast: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
