This role will ideally suit a person who has or is interested in working within probation or rehabilitation.

**Location: PIONEER HOUSE North Street**

**Rate: 9.50**

**Shift Pattern:Mon to Fri (Needs to flexible on weekends)**

**Duties**:

- Undertake regular inspections and patrols of the building, including patrols of common areas in accordance with local procedures /damage or defects.
- Always maintain an active presence in the building, remaining awake and vigilant whilst on duty
- Monitor behaviour of high-risk residents and motivate residents to ensure compliance, and regularly engage with residents in a pro-social manner
- Ensure that the building is locked and secure during curfew period and confirm the presence and wellbeing of residents overnight.
- Support and create a safe working environment for staff, residents, and visitors by adhering to Health and Safety legislation, policies, and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- SIA License holder
- Clear DBS
- Good IT skills
- Experience in a similar role - security, probation, or equivalent
