**What Is the Role of the Finance Masterdata & Travel/Expense Analyst**
Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-support of finance masterdata including vendor and supplier onboarding. You assess new suppliers and customers for risk.
You'll also be responsible for Travel and Expense management for the business, setting policies and ensuring all claims are inline with these.
The role also will also involve maintaining the integrity of all AP, Expense and Corporate Card systems.
**What Does The Role Involve For The Finance Masterdata & Travel/Expense Analyst?**
- Challenge, review, recommend and implement best practice to promote compliance to business policies
- Provide accurate and timely management information and key performance indicators to Manager and
- Senior management on all aspects of the role
- Develop and control process workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency through best practice
- Responsible for provision of training and clear guidelines for the specified processes
- Provide accurate and clear audit trails within the specified processes
- Provide first level advice to internal/external stakeholders, suppliers & customers
- Provide support for audit and other internal and external bodies
